INITIAL CONSULTATION (80 minutes): $350.00
- This includes a comprehensive evaluation of your psychiatric, medical, family, and social history and diagnosis and treatment options. Recommended labwork and coordination of care with your other providers will be discussed.
BRIEF OFFICE VISIT (20 to 30 minutes): $150.00
- This is for basic medication management and to address any specific questions regarding your progress and treatment plan.
INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY (50 minutes): $225.00
- This includes both the therapy session and any concurrent medication management. The therapy model is tailored to your needs.
OTHER SERVICES
- Treatment of substance abuse, sleep disorders, eating disorders, coping with medical illness, bereavement, couples & family therapy.
- In some circumstances, I can be your attending physician should you require inpatient psychiatric hospitalization or detox services.
***Please note that at the present time, I am unable to accept insurance directly for payment of outpatient services. However, I will provide a bill with the necessary documentation that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Contact your insurer for their specific out-of-network benefits policy. Typically, you may be reimbursed anywhere from 30% to 75% of cost, after meeting your deductible.
